Shirlean loved the Lord with all her heart. She was Ms. Hicks in 1962. She made a promise to God if he taught her how to sew, she would help people and not charge them, and He honored that promise. She took care of the elderly when she could. Her road in life was hard, but she made to the end. She always had a smile on her face and was always happy no matter the circumstance. She looked forward to her grandbabies spending time with them. She loved animals, especially her cats. She loved to cook and looked forward to the holidays where she would manage to give to others even if it was just a little. She loved to be outdoors in her yard where she was a master at raking leaves. She will be dearly missed.
