Corey Nabors, Sr., age 42, passed away from this life on July 1, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Corey was born on October 8, 1981, in Port Arthur, Texas. Corey was a dedicated and hardworking man who spent his career as a truck driver, traveling the roads, and delivering goods across the country.

Corey was not only a committed professional, but also a loving father to his son, Corey Nabors, Jr., who was his pride and joy. Corey shared a close bond with his brother, Isaac Nabors, Jr., who was his lifelong friend and confidant. Corey was also cherished by his fiancé, Tanya Brannon, with whom he planned to spend the rest of his life with. He was deeply loved by his family and friends, who will always remember his warm heart, his infectious laugh, and his unwavering kindness.

He is survived by his beloved son, Corey Nabors, Jr. of Leesville, LA; his fiancé, Tanya Brannon of Leesville, LA; mother, Bridget Eaglin of Opelousas, LA; one brother, Isaac Nabors, Jr. of Leesville, LA; one sister, Dionne James of Opelousas, LA; and a host of relatives and friends.

Corey was preceded in death by his father, Isaac Nabors, Sr.
